Transparent matching • One provider connection • No homeowner fee
A transparent matching policy

What we require before a provider receives project requests

Our role is to make a relevant introduction. These minimum standards help us avoid sending a homeowner to a company that does not serve the location or project type.

Our minimum provider requirements

  • Identifiable business name and direct contact information
  • Confirmed Fairfield County service territory
  • Confirmed bathroom-remodeling project types and minimum project scope
  • Current Connecticut home-improvement registration information when legally required
  • Current insurance information appropriate to the work represented
  • Agreement to contact homeowners respectfully and only about the submitted request
  • Agreement not to resell or redistribute homeowner information
Independent verification still matters. Credentials and insurance can change. Before hiring, homeowners should verify the provider directly and review a detailed written contract.

How we decide whether a request fits

We compare the homeowner’s town, requested service, planned timeline, stated budget and project description with the provider’s declared coverage and project criteria. A match means the basic criteria appear compatible; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of price, availability or workmanship.

How homeowners can verify a Connecticut provider

Connecticut’s Department of Consumer Protection provides a public portal for checking current licenses, permits and registrations. Homeowners should search the provider’s legal business name and confirm the credential status before signing a contract.

Our no-fake-proof policy

We do not publish invented testimonials, fabricated project counts or stock photographs represented as a provider’s completed work. Inspiration images are labeled as such. Provider-specific work may only be displayed with permission and accurate attribution.
